I had an interview for job corps today! My application is moving along nicely. It sounds like a good use of my time, and plus they help with a LOT of stuff (glasses, bus pass, license...).

Anyway!

Favorite author (of anything readable-- books, fanfics, zines, webtoons, whatever!):
I have many! Probably my all time favorite fic author is Esama. They scratch a specific worldbuilding itch with their assassins creed fics that I just have not been able to find anywhere else. I'm also a big fan of chinashopbull. Their portrayal of spiderman in their fic 'I Like Birds' is utterly unmatched, and they have very strong characters. I've not seen many, if any, people get characterization that dynamic.
Hobbies:
A lot of stuff! Jack of all trades, master of a few. Recently I've been learning HTML and trying to revitalize my creative side. Posts like this, trying to make quotev quizzes again, and lots of pixel art (so fun). I also really like going to new places, and riding the bus for the joy of public transit.
Favorite fic tropes:
Okay. So nobody writes these anymore, but they all hold a place in my heart.
-Road trip to run away from the FBI. Bonus if it's because one of the characters is an alien or a neko. I just love it.
-Characters are all actually in a single characters head. I know there's a lot of complexities about D.I.D. and this type of fic portraying a fantasized version of that, but I just enjoy stories about systems in general.
-Magic made me genderbent. Same thing, yeah i know why people don't write this anymore, but it's so fun and a great way to explore the subject if done right. And i'm Hungry.
Favorite fic genre:
I like adventure stories that are motivated by emotional drama. Telenovelas with swords, lol. I also am a big fan of whump.
Favorite holiday:
Halloween! I love the way the streets fill with happy people.

Today I made a birthday cake for my partner, Jason, who I love a lot.




We've been together since 2016, and this is the first time we've been living together for our birthdays. Mine was last month, and was lovely. Zey listen to me about presents, which makes me feel so full inside.

I also made zem some coffee and some ramen, with some good kitchen scrap stock and my own ramen mix. Tomorrow they're going out with friends to a korean bbq place, but I declined going. My hormones have been WACKED lately, and frankly emotions aside my face is breaking out.

Oh, I also got zem a punch balloon...there were two but well, accidents occured XP. I overfilled it, and it popped SO loud. I couldn't hear for a few seconds, it was massive. Okay I love you people in the interweb, goodnight! ❤
